Advisor, M.A.
Sharon has helped students through the college admissions process for over 25 years as both a high school college counselor and a college admissions professional. She has helped students apply to a broad range of colleges, and loves to provide students with college options that best fit their strengths and interests. She also has expertise in helping homeschool students navigate the college admissions process. She enjoys supporting students as they craft the strongest college application profile possible, and wants to help every student to tell their unique story.
Sharon earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Gordon College and her Master of Arts degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where she focused her studies in counseling and student development. She believes that when high school students are given appropriate tools for self-awareness, academic success, and personal and relational wellness they will be poised to thrive in college.
"Just wanted to let you know how grateful we are for Sharon. It was so reassuring to me that Sharon was there to make sure my son was okay and didn't skip a beat. She has calmed all of us throughout the process that we were on track and doing well. Not to mention the amazing counsel she gave us. So very grateful for all of the help and support. Just wanted to let you know Sharon is terrific! Thanks again!"
