At GuideUs, Jordana enjoys working with students of all interests and abilities and she specializes in helping students with essay development and writing. Additionally, she has extensive experience helping students apply to elite colleges and the Ivy League, honors colleges at public and private universities, as well as programs in engineering, the biological and physical sciences, pre-med programs, alternative learning colleges and equine studies.

Jordana has a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Sociology from NYU. While raising her two boys, she has tutored middle school and high school students in writing, focusing primarily on college essay coaching and preparation for the essay portion of the Bergen County Academies entrance exam. Jordana also works with students applying to various graduate programs and professional degrees.
